What followed was easily one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s entirely thanks to John Drake. I’ve owned and experienced several high-end brands, and the level of service, professionalism, and overall experience here was on another level. There was zero pressure, just genuine enthusiasm and knowledge. After getting home, I kept thinking about the cars—especially the 8 Series I saw in the showroom.
