Crevier BMW definitely goes above and beyond. I have had the pleasure to work with Faraz Louie a second time and the man does NOT disappoint. He has all the knowledge and information on every vehicle on their lot, he takes the time to listen to your wants, he makes you feel comfortable during the entire process whether if you are there only to get questions answered or if you’re their to purchase. Never once have I felt that pushy sells-man vibe from anyone at Crevier BMW. All the staff is so kind, they come around to introduce themselves, they offer you coffee from their Starbucks store located inside the dealership. Everyone there seems to devote their time in making your experience a great one. If you are looking at buying a BMW I suggest coming to this location to do business. You won’t be disappointed with their service and their large inventory. Make sure you ask for Faraz Louie. More

We decided to take a chance and make the long drive to the dealership to see the car. During our travels there we were negotiating via email. Upon our arrivals we were met by Mark. We did let him know we were in negotiations with Elle via email but wanted to check out the car to ensure it was in good condition. Mark persisted that we test drive the car. My brother went with Mark while I negotiated with Elle. Upon their returned, I had received an email from Peter Lam rejecting the offer and unwilling to negotiate. I did informed Mark that we were not moving forward due to the email I'd received. Mark worked his magic! It was such a pleasure working with Mark Holmes, a salesperson at Crevier BMW. Hands down by far this is the best BMW dealership in North America. I honestly for the second time drive from AZ to CA to get a new car from there. Peter Fard and Long Leho are amazing. At Crevier BMW, I was fortunate enough to collaborate with John. Prior to this, I had visited other BMW dealerships, but the attitude of the salesperson there did not please me. The salesman John in an extravagant manner, and as a result, I was able to purchase a beautiful X7 at an excellent price. The price of my trade-in was also satisfactory. When considering my entire experience, I would rate it as a perfect 10 out of 10. Without a doubt, I will be purchasing another car from there in the future. I can’t speak for all of the salesman there, but I highly recommend John. More
