Tiffany was so pleasant and easy to work with and it was such a pleasure working with a down to earth Sale Manager. Nathan Choe was informative in giving us a demo ride and patiently working with Tiffany for the final price. It was also so nice and easy signing paperwork with Danny. Danny thoroughly and patiently explained the process and the cost of the extended protection insurance coverage. I am from Washington state and was interested in buying a used BMW vehicle from a local small car dealership in Anaheim. So I reached out to Crevier BMW and ask for a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle b used BMW vehicle from a local small car dealership in Anaheim. So I reached out to Crevier BMW and ask for a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle before making a decision. My service manager was Miguel Rivera. From the very beginning when I called with a list of very specific concerns, Miguel was very communicative and helpful. During the inspection process we talked multiple times on the phone and kept in communication over text as well. He clearly addressed my major concerns that I probably communicated multiple times for fear of somehow leaving something out that would come back to haunt me on a thousand mile trip home with the used vehicle. He was patient, kind, and super communicative in all matters. The vehicle did have a list of things to repair but in my opinion no major concerns. So my son and I flew in and had an outstanding 1,000 mile road trip trip home with absolutely no issues. The car was a joy to drive and it turned into an amazing and memorable experience with my son. A huge part of that is due to crevier BMW and Miguel Rivera. So please let me offer a sincere and heartfelt Thank You and much gratitude. If I ever buy another BMW or even any used vehicle for that matter, I would not hesitate to reach out to Crevier BMW again. More
