I’ve purchased three vehicles from this dealership. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. They tried their best to make up not being able to lower the price too much by the accommodating They were easy to work with and very accommodating. The sales advisor that was able to get me by three different cars throughout a five-year span is no longer there Michael Nguyen. But I still do go there to get my hair serviced because they do have some of the best service. Their courtesy vehicles are not as nice as other BMW dealers, but they do accommodate much better. As other dealerships, usually have a long wait window. This dealership usually can accommodate a last minute service with a court courtesy vehicle. My service advisor that I’m not sure is still there. Richard. was also amazing in dealing with me. The staff now is hit or miss. But overall I like the layout of this dealership and service area. They do have very competitive pricing for the same vehicle as others in so cal. More
