At this point, all I can assume is Crevier doesn’t want my business anymore. Back in July, I reached out to my salesperson Mason after Purchasing a 2022 X3 sDrive30i to order a new car to replace my 530e t my business anymore. Back in July, I reached out to my salesperson Mason after Purchasing a 2022 X3 sDrive30i to order a new car to replace my 530e that had a lease maturity date of 11/11/2022. I sent Mason the exact build and asked what needed to be done to order the car. I also wanted to replace my X3 after it was involved in a hit and run accident in July of this year. After a few texts back and forth, all communication stopped. I assumed he might be busy, so I reached out to him a couple weeks later. Once again, no response. I received a email from Tiffany Le on August 17th about ordering a car. I explained to her I reached out to my salesperson Mason several times and he stopped communicating with me. Tiffany said she attached him to our correspondence, and Mason still elected not to engage with me. I don’t consider myself to be a difficult customer. I value loyalty, honesty, and good business. I purchased three vehicles from Crevier. A 2020 430i (8/2020), 2020 530i (10/2020) and the 2022 X3 (1/2022). I planned on buying my 530e and X3 replacement from Crevier. I was so put off by this experience that I ended up leaving the brand after driving BMW’s since 2005. My trust with BMW and Crevier has completely been ruined and I recommend anyone considering a BMW to look for a smaller, tighter nit dealer. Volume dealer clearly sacrifice relationships for profit. More
