Everyone are good and doing their job fine, they only one I didn’t like was finance lady. As soon as she couldn’t sell me insurance, she became unpleasant and rude. I didn’t like was finance lady. As soon as she couldn’t sell me insurance, she became unpleasant and rude. More
Terrible Customer Service Laziest dealership I have ever encountered, let alone a BMW dealership. I ask Susan in the internet department three very simple questions on a new 2 Laziest dealership I have ever encountered, let alone a BMW dealership. I ask Susan in the internet department three very simple questions on a new 2020 X7 M50i priced at over $107k; window sticker, actual mileage, and lease vs purchase payments. Susan failed to answer all three questions that I ask. Then I get a satisfaction follow up from Johnny the manager in which I responded and stated that I simply ask Susan three questions that she failed to answer. He never even replied. Terrible customer service. I will stick with a Sonic BMW dealership, better customer service, better price, no doc fees and they are a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. More
Amazing Every time This review applies to the Service Department. I have driven BMW's for 14 years now and I usually get them serviced at the same dealer. I believe when This review applies to the Service Department. I have driven BMW's for 14 years now and I usually get them serviced at the same dealer. I believe when you bring your vehicle to a dealer for service, you have to build a relationship with everyone from the greeters, advisors, tech and dealer. Honesty and Customer Service is at the forefront when you are trusting someone with your baby. Unfortunately that relationship turned sour and lead me to CREVier. I popped in due to a Service Engine Light and an annoying Forward Collision Warning Malfunction. I was immediately met by a greeter who processed me in, offered water and led me to my advisor [Mike Ibanez]. Mike was patient and listened to all my issues and concerns. They were well documented and I immediately felt at ease with leaving my car for service. Mike then lead me to the loan car department and gave me a ETA on when he would follow up (which he totally did). Crevier has the largest loaner car selection I have ever seen. I always leave in something clean and fresh. They have many perks over the competition like unlimited mileage up to 4,500 and a protection package which covers nail biting items like prepaid fuel, windshield chips, paintless dent removal and tires. All for 50 smackers! A must every time. When it's time to pick my car up, it's always washed and ready to go. Mike has also been accommodating with my work schedule and i'm more than grateful for that. Mike has really gone above and beyond each time i've need service or had something specific that needed to be addressed. My car has been here a few times for service and i'm always pleased with the service department, from drop off to pick up. I drive over an hour (50 miles) to this dealer passing plenty other BMW dealers on the way. That should be a testament to their superior customer service. Thank you Mike Ibanez, Dan Canfield, Angel in the loaner department and everyone else who makes this once tedious task of car maintenance a breeze and thank you for restoring my trust in BMW. More
Slow service 3 hours oil change In the past, I did service my BMW at this dealer and they did ok. In March, 2019 I needed an oil change and made a morning appointment for March 15 In the past, I did service my BMW at this dealer and they did ok. In March, 2019 I needed an oil change and made a morning appointment for March 15. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and check the car in. At the time my service advisor told me that it will be less than 2 hours. In reality, it took a bit more than 3 hours. My car is equipped with a dash cam front and rear. When I returned home, I decided to review the footage and get a sense of what happened to my car during the 3 hours I waited for it to be done. The first 20 minutes, the car waited in the service check in line. The car was driven to a parking spot in a parking structure and left for about 1 hour. It was picked up and drive to a service bay where a tech started the work by opening the hood and doing some paperwork. The tech, entered the car and shut off the dash cam for the next 17 minutes. I have no idea what he did during that time since I have no recording. The tech drove the car out of the bay and parked next to the office and went in with some paperwork. 10 minutes later he walked out and drove the car to the car wash line. It took 43 minutes for the car to get auto washed before it was driven to a parking space in the same parking structure. The car was left there for the next 25 minutes without anyone attempting to dry it off or at least clean the glass. Finally, the car was driven to the service checkout area and I was called to pay and drive it off. Not sure why a simple oil change took so long and I am not sure why the tech deliberately turned off the Dashcam. Did he actually do the work? I will never know. More
UnProfessional and Unethical Crevier BMW is one of the worst place to buy a vehicle because of unprofessional (sales) Mr.Anthony Dang. The above mentioned Internet Sales Manage Crevier BMW is one of the worst place to buy a vehicle because of unprofessional (sales) Mr.Anthony Dang. The above mentioned Internet Sales Manager needs coaching. He is not ready to handle his role. Unprofessional: During the conversation at the time of document preparation for signing the Purchase Agreement Mr.Anthony Dang states “After the car is sold to a customer, the auto loan check is released by bank and fund is credited to dealership bank account, the customer still may go to the bank and tell the bank they don’t want the vehicle and the bank will take money from the dealership account” woah that’s utter foolishness. No bank will do the above attempt recover fund from dealership, when customer says such. I just turned down the deal, he’s rude, no sense in what he talks. Unethical : The vehicle I wanted is CPO, I did my homework before even arriving to dealership and learned most information about the vehicle I wanted to test drive and ofcourse to buy. At the start of the conversation Mr. Anthony Dang challenged me the vehicle I wanted to see is not CPO, it’s only used car. I have to brief him all the relavent information and we went to parking lot and vehicle description clearly mentioned it’s a CPO. This is clear evident Mr.Anthony Dang has no clue of what he is selling. NVM, as long I(customer) knows what wanted from the dealership, ignore the other crap challenge. Again during the final conversation Mr.Anthony Dang said “ I have another customer is waiting to buy this vehicle, we were waiting for his (paperwork co-signed)” . This statement given me a clear indication he is lying and dishonest, as stated above he doesn’t know whether the vehicle i wanted to see is ( CPO or Used). If his previous customer just waiting for his paperwork co-signed, he would have visited the dealership to atleast view the vehicle and test drive it. Mr.Anthony Dang would have knew the basics of the vehicle (CPO or Pre-Owned). But the initial conversation showcased he doesn’t even know none about the vehicle. This shows his previous customer doesn’t even exist. He tells many policy which doesn’t even exist ( unwritten policy) These clearly shows he is Dishonest , lies to customer who has true intention to buy the vehicle, untrustworthy, Unethical, Being a manager honesty and truth is very important which he lacks, hence these incidents given me an impression he is not ready for his role and need coaching. If an employee is dishonest I doubt the dealership. Not all alike , few ruins the entire reputation. Immature. My time and effort totally wasted. Its pure foolishness, unethical, unprofessional. More

They don't pay their bills I've bought 2 new cars from Crevier BWM, the sales of the cars went fine, until I found out they did not pay off my lease in full. I wrote them a chec I've bought 2 new cars from Crevier BWM, the sales of the cars went fine, until I found out they did not pay off my lease in full. I wrote them a check for thousands to turn in my leased car/excess mileage and a down payment on my new car. Turns out Crevier kept the cash and didn't turn it into BMW financial to pay off the older car. Now I have BMW financial's debt collector calling me demanding an additional $2,000 for unpaid excess mileage. I am being told that the dealer and BMW Financial are two separate companies and neither one is willing to call the other and both are passing the ball to the other. The sales team at Crevier will smile to your face, then stab you in the back. More

He knew what I wanted and explained the features of the Pre-owned 535 I purchased. I have previously purchased a 545 from Mark Holmes several years ago. Everything went smoothly. I hope to see Mark again when I am ready for another BMW. I have been doing business with Crevier since 1992. More
