He was quite knowledgeable in comparing the BMW 328i to the Audi A3 we were also considering. He was effective in making the sale without being pushy. He did a great job in going over the paperwork and explaining the benefits of the certified pre-owned BMW. We are thrilled with the used car that was in impeccable as-new condition with 4 new Pirelli tires. We were in a bit of a rush and Mark was able to get us in and out fairly quickly.
