Customer Service it was the first time me and my wife visited the dealer. At the beginning Sales Rep “Rex” seemed nice, useful when showing the car we wanted. After I decided to get this vehicle and as I was perusing the various options and packages, Michael provided candid feedback on what he thought about them, given his understanding of what I wanted. For example, we discussed the various drive assistance packages, the lighting package, as well as difference between an X-Drive version versus the regular version. He even did some research on issues that I raised which he encountered for the first time, given that the 2018 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid is a new model. Overall, I highly recommend Michael Georgie. I drove out of the dealership with a 2017 X1 equipped with the premium package, panoramic sunroof (my must have), practically new (less than 5k miles on odometer), purchased at a good price with great financing via Crevier BMW.
