Daisy in Customer service agreed to wait to her back from me by the 23rd of Jan and proceeded to charge my card on the 14th. Her supervisor Melissa is even worse. The claim was a 30 day claim. If the claim was only opened on the 9th of Jan, you couldn't simply give the customer s courtesy of waiting until the 23rd on a 30 day claim? Do NOT use Crevier BMW. Irvine BMW has much better customer service and business standards. More

I had some sort of blow out on the freeway and the tire pressure monitor light came on. As it was dark I couldn’t see the extent of the damage and drove the car home as the tires are run flats. The following day, I saw the tire was damaged, there was a hole in the plastic cover behind the tire, and some wires and what appeared to be a small electrical box of some kind appeared to be hanging out. At the dealership I am introduced to Aaron B. the service adviser (SA) and from the start I felt that there was something off putting about him in the way he related to me. Interesting to note is a previous reviewer (another woman) had also had issues with this service manager, and I have seen his name mentioned in other negative reviews on other websites. I asked the SA if there is any warranty on any of the parts to be replaced and he said no. I told him about the hole and the tire pressure monitor light being on. He recommended that I do not repair the hole as it is not worth it. What? My car is a 2013 model and I told him that I want all the repairs done and not just the tire changed as he recommended. I left the car with the dealer and was told I would get a call back with regards to the cost of the repairs. I called that evening and the SA has already left. I called the next day and the SA still did not have the info with regards to the repair costs. In the mean time I had done some research and found out that the Pirelli run flat tires are covered by warranty, including road hazard warranty, and the amount to be refunded will be prorated if the wear on the tire is more than a particular standard. I contacted Pirelli to confirm the details and they said that the SA should know how to fill out the claim for me. I called the SA and he initially denied knowing of this warranty but did say that he had submitted claims for many other tire brands previously. Hmmmm. (Interestingly, this dealership sells their own tire warranties). The SA then stated that there had been an alignment issue which caused uneven wear, and this was why the tire had blown out. (Even the service manager when I spoke to him later had asked how the SA could possibly have known this). I drive this car VERY carefully to avoid potholes as I know how much the tires are to repair. When I had had another tire replaced one month previously there was no mention of an alignment issue or uneven tread wear. I tried to give the SA the phone number and details of the guy I had spoken to at Pirelli in order to submit the claim. The SA REFUSED to take the details and told me "I have spent enough time on this." It sounded as though he was going to hang up the phone on me! Later the SA left a voicemail message and initially the call was muffled but you could clearly hear the SA cursing in the background, and then his voice became clear and he asked me to call him back. When I returned the call he quoted almost 2oo PLUS labor for the plastic cover needed to cover the hole on my car. (Another dealer later quoted 3o plus labor costs for the exact same part). I had had enough at this point and chose to pick my car up the next morning, so I could take it to another dealership I could trust. Ten minutes up the freeway the tire pressure monitor light came on again and as I was on my way to work I didn’t turn back. At work I noticed paint missing from my rim consistent with where the tire would be removed, which was not damaged prior to the tire change. I contacted the customer service rep Jackie Deemer and told her the whole story. She arranged a meeting between John Choe the service manager and myself. Mr Choe offered to get my car taken car of but at this point I had lost trust for the dealer ship. I took my car to Irvine BMW where it received a full diagnostic test to check why the tire pressure monitor light had come on again. Turns out that the tire pressure monitor sensor arm(?) was broken, and I was told driving the car in this state could be dangerous if there happened to be a tire issue. Crevier BMW hadn’t investigated this and had simply changed the tire. I will never let this dealership service my car again. If they could miss something as blatant as this, what else could they miss without me knowing? I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional and rude SA. I have heard this dealership has gone seriously downhill since being taken over by Penske, and I believe my experience certainly reflects this. More

The guys dan fan/fong - wouldn't even talk of the subject of invoice pricing. Just kept giving me the runaround about their website pricing and how they incorrectly valued my trade in. I have gotten other numbers from friendlier bmw dealers so I knew what I wanted. But will not from go to Crevier ever! Instead of being upfront they hid things and didn't give info on how they got their numbers. I was so unimpressed! More
Crevier BMW "totaled" my car, when it was supposedly being test driven by a service mechanic after repair of an estimated $800 fluid leak (coincidentally, that repair was recommended just 6 m supposedly being test driven by a service mechanic after repair of an estimated $800 fluid leak (coincidentally, that repair was recommended just 6 months after the extended warranty expired). Crevier staff put 12 miles on the car, which was still 3 miles and heading away from the dealer, when the mechanic hit the rear of a stopped car causing deployment of the airbag and extensive front end damage to my vehicle, which was determined to be total. Understandably, accidents occur, but I question the 12 miles on the car to test for repair of a leak & the fact that the car was being driven mid-day away from Crevier in the city streets of Santa Ana (where the driver/mechanic also lived). At a minimum, 15 miles would have been put on the car & that assumes that it would have u-turned and headed directly back to Crevier had the collision not occurred. I was not contacted by anyone at Crevier (other than 2 brief and dismissive calls by the service writer and several interactions with the service manager, who was notably sympathetic). In fact, no further contacts were made after I declined to negotiate a purchase of a replacement car. Crevier/Penske is apparently self-insured for this loss and advised me to have any further interactions with a claims adjuster. I was offered (& eventually accepted) "fair market value" of the car and received payment 2 months after the car was destroyed. The market value in no way reflects the extent of my loss or the very poor response by Crevier to this incident. Consumers should be very wary of taking vehicles to Crevier BMW for repair & should certainly look carefully at the use and miles put on your cars while at Crevier. More

I had purchaed several BMW's from another dealership but I was very unhappy with thier service. Crevier was recommended, so I gave them a try, I was so pleased with the service that I decided to purchas but I was very unhappy with thier service. Crevier was recommended, so I gave them a try, I was so pleased with the service that I decided to purchase my next vehicle from Crevier. My sales person was Marline Tapie. She is very professional and knows her BMW's. The price was more than fair but equally important was the process. I don't have a bunch of time to waist hanging around a dealership so she had me out quickly. She did however take her time to make sure that we knew how to work all of the gadgets on our new X5. More
