Over the years I have purchased a number of vehicles and dread walking into the dealerships, dealing with pushy sales people, and of course the finance person who hits you up for all the extras when you are most vulnerable. The staff at Crews Chevrolet were absolutely the opposite of everything I have experienced previously. They were casual, friendly, knowledgeable but never pushy. They were courteous and polite while always being cognizant of the people around them. They chatted with my daughters like they were family. I would like to specifically mention the sales people: Taylor Walters, and Frank Jordan. Both of these gentlemen helped me and made me feel like I was their only client. Also, Tommy Haskell in finance was very thorough, polite, and genuinely friendly. And an extra special mention for the GM Mark Milroth. Mark has created a positive and comfortable selling environment through his leadership and warm interactions with customers.
