I am 58 years old and have purchased 20 plus vehicles , but have never purchased a previously owned vehicle . In addition I have never purchased a vehicle that I did not phisically see and drive . He even recommended a vehicle shipping company to get delivery in Michigan. I am responsible for operations in a billion dollar a year company with a thousand plus employees and I wish I could instill Josh's attitude of customer service in all of them . I called the service department for an appointment and to my surprise I could bring the car in when I wanted, the next day...I was amazed and very happy since I had the day off and wanted to take care of the repair. I highly recommend the service department and Dick who took care of the repairs for me. I will use the Audi Criswell in Annapolis again. It is worth the drive from Washington, DC. That is for sure! I just wanted to say that you have such great customer service! The first time I brought my car to Criswell Audi in Annapolis, Maryland was almost a year ago. I work at the Naval Academy but I live in Baltimore. What a great first impression and experience I had and the thanks has to go to Dick Schiavone! Dick was so very nice, eager to help and really made me feel comfortable and at ease that my car would be taken care of. The service itself has been great, no re-work or issues of any kind. The waiting area is always very clean with snacks and refreshments. At the end of the day the reason that I return is because of the great first impression that I got from Dick. When I call now for service, I ask for him directly. You just don't see great customer service like that anymore. I highly recommend an Audi and your dealership and service department to everyone and anyone that I come in contact with. Thanks for such great service! If I could change anything it would be to lower the cost but I guess you get what you pay for and you pay for the assurance, the name and the great customer service of an Audi dealer and that is what keeps me coming back!
