My experience with Criswell Acura was superb! My fiancee and I spoke with Al over the phone a few days before we drove up to the dealership. We had our 18 month old son with us who is of course very active but the sales people were very kind to him. They offered him a pen and paper because he wanted to write and even let him have the little police car that sat on the desk. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Al and all other employees. I am also pleased with the car I purchased from them. This is day two of me driving it and I am absolutely in love with it! Thanks again guys for EVERYTHING! More

The best dealership experience ever! No hard pitches, no playing with the numbers, no hassles, none, not one. The staff was very courteous and professional. One deal, fairly priced, done! I will definitely buy from Criswell again. I wrote that when I bought the car. Now 2 months later, the car is dead. I drove 1,221 miles and 61 days. The timing chain is broken and the engine must be replaced with a remanufactured. I am so disappointed in the entire event. I am 989 miles over the Honda powertrain warranty and 221 miles over the Criswell warranty. I must now rely on the extended warranty. I asked Criswell for a "do- over". They told me my car was worthless now. They did offer me a loaner while my engine is replaced in their shop, but the GM Mike O'Neill doesn't want to "diddle daddle" with me over this issue while I have his loaner car. DIDDLE DADDLE! My wife and I had an outstanding and exceptional experience when we went to Criswell Acura on June 29th to check out the new 2014 Acura MDX Advance with Entertainment Package. The primary reason for that experience was Mustafa Nasr who gave us his complete attention and experience and did an outstanding job in helping us know and understand the vehicle we were looking at. His knowledge and experience were obvious and his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness also made our experience very pleasant. When the vehicle was delivered on September 6th he did an outstanding job in helping us get through all the paperwork and in showing us all the operating details of the vehicle before we drove away. He also setup the new vehicle with all the AM, FM and XM Radio presets from the old vehicle. We don't want to forget Criswell itself with it's beautiful facility and outstanding team of employees. Almost a week ago we bought a used 2007 Acura TL from Criswell. The car was in amazing condition and very clean inside and out, but the best part about this dealership is beyond the car.
