I was looking for a used car for a few months and came across a used Acura I saw on the internet and went into Criswell Acura for a test drive. I decided not to purchase a car that day but my sales consultant continued to keep in touch with me as I was interested in looking at another used car at the same dealership. The day prior to next visit, the car was sold. I decided to go in anyway and take another look at the initial car I was interested in. The initial car was not within my budget so when I was about to leave, they asked what other cars I would be interested in so they could keep in touch and let me know if they get a used car that I would like in the future. When I expressed the type of car and in the specific color I wanted, the manager stated he had just received a trade-in a few days prior. Perfect timing! It hadn't been reconditioned yet so it wasn't even available on the internet. I was asked to return after it was reconditioned, which I did. When I returned, it looked great and now the car is mine. It was great to have a team that was truly interested in making me happy and found the car I wanted! More

I was pleasantly surprised about how efficiently the Criswell service department runs. On July 30, 2013 I dropped my MDX off for an electrical problem. Within an hour of leaving I received my first call from Mark Scherger that the problem was discovered. They were quick to fix it. They also checked for any recalls and did an overall inspection of lights, tires etc. at no extra charge. A second call from Mark that my MDX was being checked for recalls and would be corrected and ready for pick up that same afternoon. Mark's follow up is exceptional - 2 calls before lunch! Although I did not buy my MDX from them, they allowed me a complimentary loaner RDX for the day. I live in Southern Maryland and am over an hour away, but it was absolutely worth the drive. I will definitely recommend this dealership for service and sales. All the employees I encountered were friendly and professional - Service, cashier, porter. In fact, he educated me this time on the benefits of a lease, so not only is he super knowledgeable about his Acura vehicles but also on the financing end of the deal.
