Our first introduction to this dealership and Stefano was in Spring 2012. We were interested in purchasing a luxury SUV in 2012 and shopped around and studied the Acura, Lexus, Honda and Toyota SUV's throug in Spring 2012. After reading, test driving, studying and researching, we decided the Acura RDX met our needs and working with Stefano and Lamont was wonderful. They did not give us a hard time and accommodated us and met out negotiating goals. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend working with this dealership anytime. They are fair and made us feel like they were genuinely looking out for our interest. More

I worked with Mustafa Nasr on the purchase of my new 2013 TL AWD Tech. Initially i contacted the dealership through their website by requesting "e" price. I received a very competitive first offer from Cri TL AWD Tech. Initially i contacted the dealership through their website by requesting "e" price. I received a very competitive first offer from Criswell, but as this is (for me) an expensive car, I was shopping many dealers throughout the region. I did prefer to buy from a dealer who was geographically close, and who was well regarded by Dealerrater, and also Google Plus reviews-- Criswell fit both bills, so I was glad they were in the ball park price wise. After a couple of rounds of give and take, we came to a mutually amenable price. Once we came in to the dealership, Mustafa and Lamont were friendly, professional and gracious. Mustafa is very knowledgeable about the product he is working with. The showroom is nicely appointed, and there is a comfortable waiting area. Now we were finalizing the purchase. Mustafa educated me about some of the advantages of the Acura leasing program, which was interesting- ultimately my wife and I stayed with our decision to purchase. Dealer "add ons" were discussed but there was no hard sell. Mustafa took us over to Dave in finance, who was very straightforward and down to earth-- and again, made my wife and I aware of available extras but was not pushy about them which I greatly appreciated. On delivery, the car was exactly as requested. Mustafa spent close to an hour in the car with me delivering the car. I am a tech dinosaur, and the features on this car are like a space ship to me-- Mustafa spent considerable time making sure I was comfortable prior to sending me on my way. Overall, the sales folks here struck me as pleasant, courteous, personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I hope I find the service department to be as good. I will buy here again. More

We were very fortunate to find this combination when we purchased our Acura RDX at Criswell Acura in Annapolis. The staff at this dealer was very helpful from the test drive to signing the purchase papers. Not being impulsive buyers, it took a few return trips and two test drives to determine this was the car we wanted to own and with each interaction with the staff, we realized this dealer truly cares about the customer and his/her needs. I was especially impressed with Lamont (the manager) and Angela A. (our salesperson) with regards to all the specifics associated with purchasing this car. I have since been back to experience the first maintenance visit and was happy with the attention afforded to me and my car. They even addressed a concern I had about the leather seats and took care of the problem that day. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in quality, professional customer care and great vehicles! More
