After a horrible experience at my local Acura dealer, I traveled to Annapolis, approximately 25 miles away to meet with David Robbins and Alan Hannon from Criswell. They were well informed about the TL I was test driving and well versed with the impressive technology that comes with the car. We never even talked price until I brought it up! They made the price so agreeable that I upgraded instead to the TL Super Handling with the better engine and drivetrain. Alan and Dave also found me $2,500 back in Acura factory cash and Dawn found another $1,000 back in an Acura loyalty bonus. Needless to say, I am very appreciative.
