Alan Hannon is the nicest most knowledgable car person I have ever met! He sold me my certified used Acura and then also invited me back for a lengthy tutorial on the car, and he knew every gadget and funct have ever met! I also have to say again, he is absolutely the nicest person I have ever dealt with anywhere, by far. I think he should be in charge of the dealership and definitely should be the person to train other sales people on how to provide outstanding customer service. I hope to have my car for a good long time, but I would not want to ever buy a new car from anyone else. More

Angela was my primary sales person. She was exceptionally patient, receptive and responsive to my needs. Her customer service skills were highly commendable. David completed a multitude of paperwork in an incredibly short period of time. I was very impressed with the team. I have always owned a Mercedes, BMW or Lexus. this is my first Acura---2013 ILX---and so far its great. More
I have a somewhat complicated and challenging service issue. John's service is excellent - fast, thorough follow up from the beginning and very helpful. He is making dealing with my frustrating situation bearable. The service itself was...only OK. I brought the car in for a laundry list of issues - one of which was a sun roof that did not function properly. I tested the sunroof the day after brining it home (it was raining pretty hard on the day of my pickup) and found that it was doing the same thing as when I dropped it off for service. I called John and he said to bring it back....he was great. Also - later the day following service, two new warning lights came on (emissions system and SH-AWD warnings.) I received a torque conversion update as a part of my service (a recall); I have no idea if this update has anything to do with the two new warning lights coming on. It's a tad annoying to have to bring the car back again for the sunroof and two new issues, but I am glad that John is taking it all in stride, being accommodating and helpful. I'll be visiting the service center again tomorrow morning. More
My experience at Criswell was a great one. All of the staff that I met were extremely friendly, upbeat and helpful (from the sales team to the car detailer). She was delightful and very knowledgable and detailed when educating me about the vehicles. I would recommend my friends to buy from Angela and shop at Criswell. More
I first spotted this vehicle in May '12 and discussed with a previous employee. Meg contacted me in September, following up on up on her lead after she left, to see if I was still interested. I was sur with a previous employee. Meg contacted me in September, following up on up on her lead after she left, to see if I was still interested. I was surprised twofold. One that the vehicle was still available and two, that an entirely new salesperson would review old contacts from a previous employee. Alan provided an offer too good to refuse. David was truly professional in closing the deal. Excellent experience. Best of all, my time spent at their dealership to view, drive and then close the deal was less than an hour and a half! Talk about efficient! More
Let me preface this by saying I'm the guy who does NOT like going into a dealer for service. That said, I want to say that I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. Mark Scherger was my service adviser, and talk about outstanding customer service! I brought my vehicle for a few minor issues. They had to keep my car for a few days because they had to order parts, but Mark kept me informed of the status. Mark was very polite and professoinal, and displayed excellent customer service. He set me up with a loaner vehcile so that I was not impacted by the delay. All of my issues with the vehicle were covered under warranty so it was no questions asked. The technician did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I have to say that after this experience, I won't hesitate to bring my car to Criswell Acura in Annapolis, MD. I really hope management gives Mark a pat on the back and acknowledges him for his outstanding customer service....buy the guy a beer :-) More
