My wife and I were in the market for a used RDX. Earlier in the week we almost bought a used vehicle from a different dealer. After feeling pressured and tired, our search led us to Criswell. The beginning was a lot of emails back and forth until we could find a time to drive down to Annapolis. Upon arrival we met with Vance Ellis who was very friendly and ready to introduce us to a 2011 RDX. After a nice test drive, we went back to the dealer and met with Alan Hannon, who was also very friendly and open. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Both were very open and honest about everything. When it came to financing, we met with Dave Grasmick. He too was very honest about what he could and could not offer. Even after the purchase the education was on going and we just felt very comfortable every time at Criswell. We would definately purchase another vehicle in the future from this dealer. More

I accompanied my sister who was only looking to test drive a few Acura's, but she ended up leasing a 2012 customer service was absolutley top notch. As always the service at Criswell Acura was excellent! With my car just turning over 205,000 miles, when I returned to pick it up after the service was performed it seemed liked I was driving a brand new car (minus the desired new car smell of course, bummer on that part!). The reason my car has survived so well after 205K of miles is directly because of the service performed by Criswell Acura (with a nod to John, Junior and Chris!) throughout the life of the car! Looking forward to my next service visit! P.S. I really hope the Police find John's motorcycle...UGH! More

This was just the greatest car buying experience. We were on the hunt for a used MDX and in the process visited many dealers (and many more before realizing we wanted an Acura).
