Went to Criswell looking specifically for a CPO MDX. I had been shopping for about a week and it happenned to be the hottest day this year so far. Vance was very helpful and low pressure. I test drove the vehicle and explained I needed to bring my wife back to look at it also. When I brought my wife back they had moved the MDX into the shade so it would not be as hot in the vehicle. We test drove it again and were sold. The experience was the best I had ever had in a dealer Mike another salesperson worked with Vance on my trade and I had a specific price I was looking to spend and everything worked out great. I went in Pre Apprved but Dave got me a better rate and the got me out the door faster then I could have ever imagined. My "service soon" light came on Saturday morning and thought I would stop into the dealership to see about making an appointment for routine "A12" service on my 2008 MDX. Arrangements were made to allow me a loaner and the service was completed not only before the estimated completion time, but also at a lower cost.
