Called with a tire problem and was able to be serviced within the same day. My problem was immediately diagnosed and since they did not want me sitting around, they offered me a loaner car for the day to within the same day. Had an appointment for a routine service and was told, at the time of drop-off, that it would be about an hour. Based on that information, I made a decision about waiting for the service to be completed, ra the time of drop-off, that it would be about an hour. Based on that information, I made a decision about waiting for the service to be completed, rather than to carry on with other life obligations. 2 hours later, I had to reach out to find out what was going on, but was more or less only told that it would be done soon. Another 45 minutes later, anxiously waiting for my car, having paid the invoice, and noticing it parked idle,I had to reach out to get my car. Though a wash was offered, I was now late for other obligations and chose not to wait. I realize things can happen but I do not like the lack of respect to at least update me on my initial quote of about an hour. Was given a consolation free future oil change, but not sure how long that will take, so not sure I will redeem it. The explanation was given as I was nearly out the door, seems that someone else was using the machine needed for my vehicle. It was three hours after drop-off before I was able to leave with my vehicle. If it might take three hours, then tell me that up front and let me know when you know otherwise. More
