We are always very impressed with the quality of service at Criswell. This is our second Acura. Our first ran for 20 years with very little trouble. Your dealership is great. Even though our TL is no longer new, we are still treated as if it were! Living 1 1/2 hours away makes getting a loaner car for longer services essential and it's a wonderful longer new, we are still treated as if it were! I had a stress free service experience and my appointment was at the end of the day. Thought it would be horrible but it turned out to be almost relaxing. What about the cashier? Chris assisted with getting acura to split the cost of a non-warrenty part for my TSX. I appreciated the great service to get the part replaced. As always, my experience at Criswell Acura was 1st class. My regular service consultant, John Rokos, was out to lunch with Patrick (lol), so I dealt with Chris Thomas who I had initially dealt with back in My regular service consultant, John Rokos, was out to lunch with Patrick (lol), so I dealt with Chris Thomas who I had initially dealt with back in 2004/2005 when I first started bringing my car to Criswell. Chris stepped up and picked right up with where john had left me last as far as my maintenance intervals go. Chris went above and beyond by explaining not only what I needed during this service tour, but he also explained that I would be in need of a major timing belt service within the next 10,000 miles. It is good know that the Criswell service consultants are not only helping customers at the time of service, but also being proactive with communication on upcoming service needs. Junior, as usual, took good care of the car while performing the actual hands on work and had me in and out of there in no time. Of course I will return in due time for yet another quality service experience...although not looking too forward to the timing belt expense, but it is what it is to keep my car going and going, as I am looking forward to hitting that 300K milestone one day! Mark Scherger has consistently provided me with great attention and service. He always finds a way to accommodate my needs. The service for the 6000 mile check and installation of edge guards for the doors of my vehicle was fine. Chris Thomas was friendly and responsive with whom to work. One point of dissatisfaction I noted however in driving away from the dealer, I noticed that they had not done a good job of cleaning up. There was grease or oil on the seat. The floor mats were dirty, and it was obvious they had not cleaned up. This shouldn't be the case for a new car owner at 6000 miles. More
