He offered honest advice and maintained communication over the weeks as we made our decision. Never once did he drop the ball and fail to follow-up with us nor did he ever come off as a nuisance. Alan has a great way of staying involved throughout the process while respecting the time we needed to make up our minds. Once the purchase was made, he was always available to answer questions or concerns over the phone and also made time in his schedule to give a personal tutorial of the car and its navigational system, offering this opportunity at any time later on if I needed more hands-on training. I cannot say enough good things about our overall buying experience and about the ease of the entire transaction that was made with Alan. More

He is a huge factor in why we have bought all our cars in the last decade here, knowing that whether it is routine service or something a little more, he will communicate in an honest and concerned way and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we keep coming back as happy and satisfied customers. The loaner car makes a big difference--makes drop off and pick up easy and convenient. Car buying has never been one of my favorite things to do. The only exception has been my association with Criswell Acura. Fifteen years ago, I purchased my first Acura from them, and to my utter amazem do. The only exception has been my association with Criswell Acura. Fifteen years ago, I purchased my first Acura from them, and to my utter amazement, the experience was unlike any other! No aggravation or long, drawn out, all-day affair. It was pleasant and painless. I still have that car from 15 years ago, and still love it just as much. And I’m sure the reason for that is the quality of the product as much as the overall buying experience. This time my husband and I were venturing into getting a “slightly used” vehicle, and my first thought was of Criswell. We stopped in on a Friday to look around and, hopefully, sit in and drive the model we were interested in. After being allowed the time to browse the lot on our own, which we definitely appreciated, salesman Vance Ellis approached and asked if we needed assistance. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, but very relaxed…..never pushy or overbearing with regard to a prospective sale. Even my request for him to finally write us up a price quote at their “absolute bottom-line”, no back and forth bartering, was met with approval. He gave us time to go home and think about the deal…no pressure. After a few hours, we decided to go ahead with the purchase, and they even kept the deal on hold till after the weekend, since we were going to be out of town. On Monday, we arrived at Criswell, where the car was completely ready for us as well as all the necessary paperwork. The sale was completed quickly and efficiently. At that same time, we met Alan Hannon, Sales Manager. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and informative, and invited my husband and I, very enthusiastically, to make an appointment to come back at our convenience for a complete tutorial concerning the operation of this car…something we now know he is quite adept at! Two days after delivery of the RDX, we met with Alan and he graciously spent at least 90 minutes or more going over every detail of the car’s features, making us feel much more comfortable with our new ride and all its capabilities. He never rushed us, or made us feel he had better things to do. Every question was answered. His time and information were invaluable to us. As a sales manager, he goes above and beyond. Rest assured we will be singing the praises of Criswell Acura and their staff to our friends and neighbors. Thanks to all of you for such a satisfying experience. More
Christian Johnson is awesome!!! He ALWAYS takes care of me when I come for servicing and this time even when there was bad news in referece to my MDX he addressed it with care and concern. Met with Stefano Rinaldi, salesman 2 days ago with intent to purchase RDX. I had done research on car, but he was very complete in describing new and favorable attributes. Pleasing personality, and most kn to purchase RDX. I had done research on car, but he was very complete in describing new and favorable attributes. Pleasing personality, and most knowlegeable. Had to wait till today for color and type of car to arrive new at dealer. Stefano set up closing process with Dawn Harper which went very quickly without a hitch. I called to inquire about a car listed on the website at a very good price. I was told that a mistake was made by the independent contractor responsible for the internet postings. Although the salesman was helpful, I thought the proper thing to do would be to honor the price shown, especially since it was their mistake and it was posted on more than one website. However they did seem remorseful, but i was disappointed because I was really interested in the vehicle and was ready purchase. More
