My engine light was on so I called service. I was taken in the next day where the problem was diagnosed, but needed an overnight delivery piece. Was given a loaner car for the next day (I couldn't do with in the next day where the problem was diagnosed, but needed an overnight delivery piece. I always enjoy bringing my car into Criswell Acura for service. I haven't written a review in the past but felt compelled to do so this time. This is a great dealership with extreme professionals. Service is by far the best part of my experience and most important but my car buying experience with Alan Hannon 2 years ago was tremendous and the best I have ever had. I highly recommend the dealership and when it comes to buying a new car. In the future the professionalism in service and great leadership by Lamont Randell in sales will weigh heavily in my choice and my decision when the time comes for something new. I just hope Acura can continue to produce solid, high performing, feature rich, technologically advanced, luxury sport vehicles as they have with my 2010 Acura TL. This most recent service was more costly then expected but I had no problems with paying more mainly because John Rokos was able to explain the need for the additional services without making me feel like I was being taken to the cleaners. I have felt that way at other dealerships in the area many times. John was highly professional and was able to take care of my needs and get me out of the service area very quickly and with no hassle and based on his recommendations I feel that I received good value on the services that were performed. On my previous service that was handled by Christian Johnson I also had a great experience. This was for an issue with a rattling noise in my head liner. We all know issues come up with cars and fully expected to have this one be a long term problem as I have experience with other cars and dealerships. Christian and the technicians painstakingly took a great deal of time to resolve the issue to my liking and were able to put me in a loaner car so the issue didn't impact me in the slightest and gave them the time they needed to troubleshoot this issue and resolve it. I was highly impressed with the teams ability to work through a tough issue and make it seamless to me and my family with constant updates from Christian along the way. Thank you George Criswell and the Criswell Acura team for having a great group of true professionals that I enjoy returning to for all my car needs. More

I would definately recommend this dealership. I would also recommend working with Chris Thomas. He is always courteous and friendly. I traded in my 2002 Acura MDX with 199,000 miles on it. The vehicle was still in great shape but it was time for an upgrade.
