The service was great and the service rep was very friendly. I have no complaints about the service on my car. The girl at the desk gave me my key and told me that my car was in a customer spot to the side of the building. It wasn't there. When I came back in to tell her, she basically told me that it must be parked at the back of the lot and more or less indicated that I needed to go look for it. I walked to the back of the lot and couldn't find it. When I came back in, she told me that there was nothing she could do because the service department was closed. Fortunately, one of the service guys was still there and found my car and brought it to me. However, it was totally unacceptable that I would be expected to walk around the lot and look for my car. More

The overall experience is in the good to great range. My service advisor is consistently great to work with. It was a pleasure working with Mike. I returned the following week to have mud guards put on and the service department was great.
