At first, I didn't want to appear as a trader (Mr. Christian has been my service consultant for years; I didn't want to offend him by allowing Mr. Scherger to write up the service invoice) but no harm, no foul! I informed Mr. Scherger that I have to get in the office sooner than expected and requested that Mr. Wesley perform my oil change. Immediately, Mr. Wesley serviced my car.
