My husband took my RDX in for its first service on 03/17/2012. He didn't remember the names of any of the folks who helped him, but he did tell me how easy they all made it for him. They went above & beyond what was originally planned for the service appointment, and they finished in less time than they had estimated. All in all, a really positive experience -- we are really happy with my Acura in general, and especially pleased with Criswell Acura in particular.
