I have a 2004 TL that I purchased new from Criswell Acura. All of my service visits have been at Criswell, and I have been EXTREMELY pleased with the service. The friendliness of the staff, and the great customer service, will keep me coming back as long as I have my car. The service technicians really 'listen' to the customer explain the reason for the visit, which results in fixing the problem 'right' the first time. And the quality of the work through the years has been OUTSTANDING! I will always look back with fond memories on the day I drove down Route 50 to Annapolis to visit Criswell Acura. I knew I wanted to buy the TL, and I wanted to buy it from Criswell because of their great reputation. So after thinking things over for the week-end, I made the decision to make Criswell Acura my new family member and I traded my 2001 Integra. More

Chris is my "go-to" car guy - and I can count on him to give me the best advice - and the most prompt service...all delivered in his most charming, wonderful manner! Did you ever think that you would actually look forward to taking your car into the dealer!!? I can't remember a time when the treatment I received wasn't top-notch!! When my car needed extra time to be worked on - he made convenient arrangements for me to have a car! When a light burned out - it was a quick trip in and out! Quite frankly, I can't imagine going to anyplace else!! Besides Chris - every employee goes above and beyond to be courteous and friendly - from Patrick who has driven me to work - to Jenna at the check-out desk! Think of how wonderful it would be if every company you had to deal with were as great as Criswell's Acura!! More

Customer Service was exceptional, our experience with Mr. Rinaldi was pleasent and professional - this gentlemen knew the Acura product from every angle. We were truly impressed with his approach and technical knowledge of the Acura TL/Advance. Negotiations over cost were straight forward, no hidden agenda and very much appreciated. We are a very meticulous couple down to the finest detail & we both believe while driving away last evening Criswell management & Mr. Rinaldi made the overall experience great. The entire staff and service support preparing the vehicle from start to finish deserves credit; this effort enhances the completion of the sale as evidence in the quality of work ethics by everyone we came in contact. This is our second Acura purchase from the dealership and we have no reason to doubt the quality of future service visits will change. Specials thanks to Stefano Rinaldi - job well done! More

The gentleman was very friendly. he reviewed everything with me that was done to the car as well as updated me the condition of my brakes, oil levels, etc. The car's oil was changed in a brief time. This is my second visit to the Criswell Acura service department in the past two years. The services and professionalism here are simply top of the line! This is my second purchase at Criswell so that tells you someting right there. Mike Mohr and Lamont Randall were extremely helpful getting me the model/color combination I wanted that was very rare, and ha someting right there. They made the purchase and delivery process efficient, courteous, and hassle-free, and provided a very competitive purchase price. I also want to mention another salesman at Criswell, Bob McDonald, who is extremely knowledgeable and articulate on Acura technology, who was the main reason I bought my first Acura TL in 2009, and came back for another in 2012. More
