I requested that the tire inflation be increased by 3 pounds each as part of my "B" service. That was not done and my inflation warning continually rings. My appointment booking online was easy, I received a confirmation email almost immediately, the service department was ready to excellent as always! Although I thought an Acura was out of my price range, Mike worked with me and we agreed on a deal that I felt comfortable with. I bought an Acura because of its reliability, so I know I got a good car. After arriving home while spending time with family during the holiday season I have had a feeling stick with me even up to this moment that I feel I must share. It is regarding my treatment while searching for a specific used car. I was greeted well at first but later saw the conversation veering into a negative pattern as if she didn't want to be outside or want to work with me since the type of Audi I was searching for was not there at the time. I was willing to listen to what she had to offer me but it seemed like a futile attempt to really get her attention since I was purchasing after my return from vacation in NY with family. I was calm and took in what I could from her before I left with a bit of disgust since there very few Audi dealers within the area of my home and after going out of my way to visit and being treated rudely. I later investigated what was available on the website at my own leisure and found two vehicles I would have had an immediate interest in. However, the salesperson was not focused as I mentioned earlier. This disappointment even came up as a short, funny dinner conversation. Everyone agreed that it was poor salesmanship. So since I have returned from my holiday vacation, I have decided to return to a store where my treatment was more acceptable and comfortable mainly due to the nature of treatment at Criswell by the salesperson. I MAY give your service dept a chance later since there is no obvious relation to this salesperson and svc. Hopefully no repeat from here on. As a busy physician I would have been grateful for more interest in my concerns and feelings about a purchase as I have very little time to purchase a vehicle of choice and know what I want.. I have already submitted a statement. This came back as I apparently did not have a password. It may differ from the initial statement which I assume went forward a few minutes ago. I had a concern with a safety related indicator on the dash board, relative to a malfunction issue. Mr. Thomas listened to my concerns and we made an appointment for the following morning at 8 AM. I had responsibilities that day that depended upon my being able to use the car. After I provided relevant information at the desk to Mr. Thomas, the car was en route to the shop. The diagnostic work was accomplished in a timely manner and a part was available to fix the problem. The work was completed within an hour and a half. The nature of the work was explained to me. I have come to trust and value the service provided by Mr. Thomas, with whom I've associated for many years. Having had two Acuras, over a period of 20 years, this kind of trust and service is invaluable. Thank you! More
I tried 4 other dealership asking for an internet quote and Criswell was the only one who provided it, and best yet they stood by their quote and didn't try to change it once I was there. They gave me a fair deal with my trade-in and the entire process was pretty painless. Kymberly was GREAT - very responsive, didn't pressure at all, and extremely friendly and trustworthy. Lamont provided some assistance and he was also very professional and helpful. Financing went through quickly. I am extremely pleased with my new Acura and would definitely recommend Criswell - especially Kymberly & Lamont! More
