we were looking for a honda civic for our 18 year old daughter. (way back in june sorry to be so late writing this review). we saw what looked like a great find at criswell acura. from the moment we wal daughter. (way back in june sorry to be so late writing this review). we saw what looked like a great find at criswell acura. from the moment we walked in, everyone was courteous and welcoming; alan hannon was the sales manager and mike scandora was our representative. they went out of their way to make sure she was at ease behind the whee. mike was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car and even though it was not an acura, he clearly knew hes stuff. mike and alan nevered pressured us, and though they could have sold the car several times over that day, gave us the best deal possible. our experience at criswell was a positive one! I was very pleased with the service I received from Criswell Acura. They were able to accommodate a last minute request to bring my vehicle in for service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and refreshments provided. The entire staff was friendly and overall experience was pleasant and to top it off the car was received back with a free carwash. More
