Chris Thomas is fantastic to work with! He is friendly, helpful and goes out of his way to make things convenient for his clients. My only complaint would be that the prices for service are quite a bit hi helpful and goes out of his way to make things convenient for his clients. I came in for A service--oil change and tire rotation. A nail was discovered in one of the tires. Alan and Joe took great care of us and we're very pleased with our overall experience at Criswell. Our original 2000 Acura TL has 368,000 miles and is being turned over to our 16-year old driver for her first vehicle. We have a 2006 TL and now the 2011 RDX completes our Acura family!! Thanks to Alan and Joe for all their help... especially Alan for the extra tech instruction for all the overwhelming controls on our new RDX! More
