I was disappointed when the car I came to test drive was not ready. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to test drive it. At 11:00 am I called Lamont to tell him that I was coming to drive the car. I was also unhappy when I asked for the manufacturer rebate ($500) and Lamont said he could do that. But after further discussion he suddenly remembered that he had already included that rebate in the price he gave me. I think he was lying to me. He also told Dawn (over the phone) that he would bring my new car to me after the cilajet and splash guards were installed because I was waivering about having this done as I live far from the dealership and it is not convenient for me during the week to bring the car. After I agreed to purchase these extra items he recinded his offer and told Dawn she misunderstood what he said and he would not bring me my new car. Another lie. We tried to negotiate the all weather car mats to make up for the inconvenience but we were laughed at. I was given a loaner car (without technology) that I will have put gas in for my inconvenience! Also, Mike rode with us to test drive the car and there were several questions that we had about the car that he could not answer. More
