My wife and I went to Criswell Acura on Saturday morning, October 1. I was looking to a base model 2011 MDX. Lamont had worked out an attractive price, plus had the color I was looking for. After finishing the finances, my wife ended up purchasing 2011 TL. The price was right, as was the color scheme. Everyone was very professional, and pleasant to work with. As we were leaving the showroom, I was talking to another couple that was looking at the MDX. I shared my experience with them. Hopefully they bought a car from this place. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Acura. More

I recently purchased a new TSX at Criswell Annapolis and had a great experience. I visited the dealership a few times before actually making the purchase and each time I went the staff was very pleasant, e had a great experience. Both Lamont and Stefano were very patient and accommodating in dealing with my indecisiveness and my numerous questions. They were very knowledgeable about the cars as well as the financing options available through Acura Financial Services. I was happy to complete my purchase with them as they have the best prices in the area. Aside from the people the facility is top notch as well. Criswell Acura in Annapolis has always been good to work with. I just traded in a 2002 mdx purchased from Criswell for a 2011 mdx; I have used Criswell Service Dept for just about every sevice call over th with. Well, I wasn't planning on going to buy a new car, as I had just bought a used 2009 Acura TL from them last October,which I love (Alan Hannon was amazing as well) but I got an email with a promotion for a had just bought a used 2009 Acura TL from them last October,which I love (Alan Hannon was amazing as well) but I got an email with a promotion for a new car with lower interest and a trade-in value up to 110%, because they wanted to get more used inventory on their lot. I figured, why not see what my car is worth. I went in and talked to Lamont and he was very friendly and easy to talk to, he was very reasonable with his offer and was willing to work with me (i pushed a little). They have definitely gained a life customer in me both from last years and this recent experience. Oh and by the way, I LOVE MY NEW 2012 ACURA TL!! More

Yesterday me and my wife visited Criswell of Annapolis to shop for cars. I was amazed to find the same sales manager (Alan Hannon), who sold me my first Acura 11 years ago, stilled worked here. Mr. Hannon actually remembered me; And was still the extremely friendly and knowledgable salesperson that I remembered from all those years ago. Jennifer Fincham was also very helpful in the process of selecting what car would be right for us. She showed us several different models and answered many questions all with a very chipper and courteous attitude. Both Mr. Hannon and Mrs Fincham worked with us, with our budget and car demands (needs), and we ended up driving off with a very beautiful Acura TL. After the fun and excitement of selecting a new car, then comes the dreaded process of paperwork and financing. But, I must tip my cap to business manager David Grasmick who made the process actually quick and painless. He did a great job of going through all of our options and many questions that we had. He could see in my eyes that all I wanted to do was go out and drive my beautiful new toy and he did everything he could to get us through this process quickly and accurately. Over all our experience at Criswell of Annapolis was Awesome! We got the car we wanted, at the price we could afford, and most of all we had fun doing it. I will now always go to Criswell for all of my car needs in the future! I would like to personally thank Alan, Jennifer, and David for all there help and hard work. More
