I recently purchased a 2008 Acura MDX from Criswell. This was actually my second purchase at this same dealership. My first purchase was a 2004 MDX which I bought in January 2008. Due to the quality of service and attention I received throughout my first experiences with them, I knew without a doubt that I would be returning for my next purchase. Sooooo, I did!! And it could not have been made any easier. Mike Scandora (sales) was very helpful, informative, and patient. He answered every question thoroughly and was not at all overbearing or pushy. He gave us the space we needed for private discussion and never followed us around. Also, it was extremely hot that day and he made sure there was always plenty of fresh water available for us as well as juice and snacks for my 4 year old who accompanied us to make the purchase. Yes, even with a 4 year old I still couldn't imagine a more pleasant experience! Imagine that! Will definitely be requesting him as salesman for my next purchase. He has even followed up with me since my purchase to make sure I am completely happy and to make sure there were no problems. I traded my 2004 MDX in for the 2008 MDX and felt as though they gave a more than fair appraisal of my vehicle. In the service department, I have always had the pleasure of working with Chris Thomas. He had managed every service appointment for my 2004 MDX. I have never had to wait even one day to have my car serviced. Whenever I called, I had an appointment that very same day. He has always gone out of his way to answer any questions and get whatever I need for my car at the best price possible. Even if I just had a question, he was easily available by phone or email. If I left a message, he was always prompt with returning a call/email. I will definitely continue to use the service department for every service with my new purchase and Chris knows I will be asking for him as well!! More
