Kimberly was absolutely fantastic! After HOURS of car shopping and Acura not even on our radar, we stopped in just for a quick look after a snide sales associate at the Honda dealership across the street shopping and Acura not even on our radar, we stopped in just for a quick look after a snide sales associate at the Honda dealership across the street said "If you want a Nav system standard in your car, then you need to go across the street to Acura and pay $8K more". True story. I have every intention of calling that dealerships manager and thanking him for the recommendation!!!! We were in and out within an hour and a half with NO hassle. Unbeknownst to us, they closed at 6pm but never made us feel rushed as they stayed late on a Saturday evening to not only prepare the paperwork, but Kimberly sat patiently with me before I left to show me every option that the Tech package offered and synced my iphone to the Nav system. I will definitely recommend Criswell Acura to everyone I know an urge them to take a look especially if they are shopping Honda or Toyota. My husband made me test drive a Prius since i am a 100 mile commuter daily. All I can say is I wanted to cry. If you have ever driven one you will understand my disappointment. Luckily my husband felt the same and we continued our search. I wont get into as much detail but I test drove the Camry next and just didn't feel the love to warrant a hefty car payment that I have not had for four years. I returned on Monday with my down payment check and as requested Lamont has my huband's Acura Pro-V golf xxxxx and my pink Acura traveler cup ready to go. I told Kimberly that I thought I needed a license plate frame for the front of my car and she was walking out with the frame and a drill in hand 30 seconds later. My mom is on her 5th Acura and was ecstatic when I told her I purchased one! I just hope and pray it lives up to its reputation and gets me to 100,000 miles without much problem. More

I was highly impressed from the moment we stepped foot in the door and was immediately greeted by our sales person. Although we arrived on a Friday evening right before a holiday weekend, each employee was the door and was immediately greeted by our sales person. At no time did we ever feel rushed, even though it was late on a Friday and I am sure everyone was anxious for their holiday weekend to begin. The quality of your product is exceptional, but your staff is top rate. Even when I brought my car back in to get some additional things put onto the car, the maintenance staff were just as exceptional as the sales staff. I value that in your dealership and will highly recommend it to others. I look forward to working the Acura. More

The vehicle was off lease and the report of the cars history was very informative and assuring to me. Nice touch that the salsesman Vance Ellis had. The price was in my range and the manager even showed me reports of comporable cars on the computer. Price was great, all personell very friendly. Overall the experience was awesome, even My financing was easy and painless. At the end of the process, I was shown my car, full tank of gas and shining like a diamond. The salesman, Vance, then took as much time as I needed to go over the car with me, setting stations programing my phone showing me all the buttons and dials etc. Very knowledgable young man. What more can I say. I would reccomend this dealer, manager and salseman to all. More
