I came in for a used Mercedes. He was a little less than happy with my deposit and terms...in fact thought I was going to have to come back to pick up my deposit and leave the car, but he continued working happy with my deposit and terms...in fact thought I was going to have to come back to pick up my deposit and leave the car, but he continued working and less than a week I drove off with my car and no one believed the deal I received. I had been dreading the usual con artistry and pressure tactics that I’ve encountered in buying cars over the years. I got none of that with Criswell Acura! Sales consultant Web Johnson was completely friendly and open, and sales manager Allan Hannon was just a champ. They carefully described everything they knew about the vehicle, good and bad, and worked with me on a purchasing package that suited all of us. Hannon knew the brand of vehicle I was buying very well (it was not an Acura) and explained a lot of the car’s features (again, good and bad) that would have taken me weeks to discover on my own. David Grasmick guided me through the document-signing process very skillfully, and Millie Rainwater handled the out-of-state licensing and plate purchasing perfectly. Everyone was polite, respectful, and good at what they do. Perhaps most important, now that I’ve driven the car for a month or so, is that they were honest. The car’s in great condition and seems to have been well-maintained. I recommend this team without reservations More

He was one the most Honest Upfront salesman I have ever dealt with !I had alot of questions and concerns he addressed all them immediately by e-mail and phone.Most salespeople when they hear you live 1300 miles away in Tulsa Oklahoma they dont even want to deal with you thinking that they will never sell you a car. After talking to him I hopped on a plane the next morning and flew to Maryland and was pleasantly suprised when I saw the Lexus SC430 that he told me about. It was exactly the way he portrayed it to me.Within an hour I was on the road driving back to Tulsa.I Love the car and best of all my wife does too.The next time I am in the market for a car Mike Scandora is going to be the first person Iam going to call regardless where I live ! After the Acura car service my house phone has been repeatedly called by a phone number showing an Acura caller ID, but there was never anyone on the line. While my car service was great, being repeate repeatedly called by a phone number showing an Acura caller ID, but there was never anyone on the line. While my car service was great, being repeatedly called over and over again by a dead phone line showing an Acura caller ID is unacceptable. Previously after service I have been called by Acura to confirm that my service was acceptable. However, now Acura is using some bogus autodialer that doesn't connect, has no one on the other end and yet keeps dialing my house again and again. Frankly, I'm planning on using Precision Tune next time to avoid being annoyed by Acura. Even this review function is another example of Acura being annoying. The email requesting the review has a unique ID number so it is unnecessary. Other review requests I receive don't require me to create an account and log in to provide feedback. More
