I shopped for a few months for a Mercedes C300. I found exactly what I wanted at Criswell. The sales manager was totally willing to make things happen. Stefano Rinaldi was a pleasure to work with. We had communicated by e-mail for a few weeks before I came in and test drove the vehicle. Excellent customer service. No hassle. They didn't pressure me and when I was ready to buy the car they were awesome to deal with. Criswell Acura has been our car dealer since I bought my first Acura (CL) in 2001. In late 2010, we bought our second Acura there, a used RL. In late January we bought our 3rd Acura, a 2007 TL. 2 weeks la first Acura (CL) in 2001. In late 2010, we bought our second Acura there, a used RL. In late January we bought our 3rd Acura, a 2007 TL. 2 weeks later we were involved in an accident and our 2007 TL was totalled. Of course we felt that our Acura saved us (seatbelts/airbags) so we went right back to Criswell to purchase our 4th Acura, a 2008 TL. The speed and courtesy and professional service with which we were dealt was overwhelmingly wonderful! We felt that we got a good deal. From the dealer (Mike Scandora) to the Finance Manager and his staff to the Service Dept. (Chris Thomas), we have been VERY happy with this particular dealership for 10 years. We even received a "get well" card from Chris and Mike after the accident. They truly seem to care about us as people, not just as customers who will potentially buy a car. Criswell's customer service is the BEST (indeed, I told them they were the "Norstrom of car dealderships") and we will no doubt be buying cars from them as long as we reside in the area. More
Every part of the purchase went smoothly and was great. I purchased an 09 TSX in 09 at Criswell and unfortunately had an accident which totaled my car. I went back because Chris Thomas in Service had taken such good care of my car I wanted another. Mike Scandora made the 2nd purchase even easier and was very friendly and professional. We are very happy with this dealership and their service department and will be purchasing vehicles from them for many years and will recommend them to everyone. More
Let's start off by saying that I have NEVER enjoyed an experience at a dealership until I purchased an Acura at Criswell. When I met Mike, I had my guard up and really did not want to speak with anyone a experience at a dealership until I purchased an Acura at Criswell. When I met Mike, I had my guard up and really did not want to speak with anyone at all based on my past experiences even to that day. I know Mike was doing his job by not giving up so he got "the prize" (me as a customer). When my husband and I test drove, Mike even offered us to stop for a snack at his expense. Wow, I had never had any perks offered to me while considering a purchase. Bottom line here is that it appears that his time in the business has greatly helped Mike understand customer needs. I am not sure if he said 20yrs since he looked young but if in fact it was 20yrs, I am sure that his consideration for his customers is the main reason he has made it this far! Criswell, You have a good rep here! I am thankful as a customer since i am not the easiest person when it comes to buying a car. Ohhhh... I almost forgot, I am very happy with my acura too! More
Mike was patient and not pushy. He was very knowledgable. Overall was very helpful. He not only had knowledge of his own product but was very knowledgable of the cadillac that we were trading in. This was actually our second purchase from Criswell Acura - we purchased a 2005 MDX from them as well. We went in to the dealership undecided on what vehicle we really wanted - we were looking at both the A - we purchased a 2005 MDX from them as well. We went in to the dealership undecided on what vehicle we really wanted - we were looking at both the Acura MDX and the ZDX. We had a leased vehicle and the lease was due to expire at the end of September. Stefano was very helpful in showing us both vehicles and walking through the features of both vehicles that we were interested in, once we told him what we wanted to look at. He was able to answer all of the questions we had and let us test-drive the exact models we were interested in. Everyone that we worked with was very friendly and professional, and we will buy from Criswell again in the future. More
I purchased a used Honda Accord from Mr. Hannon back in 2000 and had a great experience. So when the time came again to purchase I was definitely going back to see Alan. As like the first time, Alan with the assitance of salesperson Vance Ellis listened to my needs and were able to put me into the exact car that met those needs. I now am driving a used Toyota Priusand I love it. Even though this is an Acura/Audi dealership they were both very knowledgable about this car. While Alan took car of the pricing, Vance showed me all of the bells and whistles in the vehicle. I was in and out in no time and will most DEFINITELY be returning to buy my next vehicle when the time comes! More
