I went to the Criswell Acura dealership only to check on the pre-owned cars which were advertised on the internet. I was still in the investigative mode when I was approached by sales person Kymberly Dunnin the pre-owned cars which were advertised on the internet. Ms Dunning was very patient and extremely informative on the three different vehicles that I was looking at. After a test drive and demonstration of the vehicles features, I was sold and ready to become a proud owner of a 2008 TL. I then met with Dawn Harper, the finance manager who was more than helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct warranties and options to purchase along with the vehicle. Ms Harper went above the norm when she gave me her personal advice which ultimately led to the best financial decisions I could make in the purchase. As the car was delivered, Ms Dunning noticed the floor mats were in substandard condition, and promised a brand new set. I have to admit that dealing with Ms Dunning and Ms Harper definitely led to the decision for me to buy this car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

During our visit to look at the car, Mike was very courteous,thorough, and honest in explaining the history of the car with respect to the previous owner/s and service records just to allay our fears of the unknowns about the car. Once he got to know who we are, he let us test drive the car on our own just to have a feel for the car without the pressure of a sales agent in the car - we really appreciate this gesture. When it was time to negotiate on the price, Mike worked well with us and the Sales Manager to arrive at a price that was mutually beneficial to us and Criswell Acura. It was his commitment to our satisfaction that was critical for ending the impasse on price negotiation. This would make us a repeat customer in the future. After we have paid for the car, Mike made sure the car was washed and cleaned before we took delivery. To thank us in a more concrete way Mike asked us to drop into the sales office occasionally for car wash and for any concerns we may have about the car. Infact, we did drop by the following Saturday, and Mike showed us how to operate all the nice features on the car and helped us setup our cell phones to pair with the handfree link system on the car; and of course, a free car wash before we left. My mission was to find a suitable low mileage vehicle for my sixteen year daughter. I first met Alan on a Sunday at the dealership and immediately he was very forthright and helpful.
