I came into the service department one day after purchasing a used Acura TL because of battery and navigation system issues. I was greeted immediately and given wonderful service. I explained my iss purchasing a used Acura TL because of battery and navigation system issues. I was greeted immediately and given wonderful service. I explained my issues and my vehicle was taken back to be serviced immediately. I was given a tour of the new lounge area, offered a drink as well as a brush free wash of my vehicle at no charge. The work to my vehicle was done promptly and thoroughly. The battery was replaced and the navigation system issues were completely fixed. The fluid levels and other main systems of the car had been checked and found in good order. Great for me as I needed to pass MD inspection that day. The entire process of what had been done was explained to me and I was checked out. From the moment I arrived the service that I was given gave me complete confidence in the abilities of the employees there and I felt very comfortable. This was my first visit to the Acura service department and I will absolutely be returning with my Acura in the future whenever needed. More
This was my first transaction with Criswell Acura and I was grateful for the courteous service and professionalism by the Service Consultant. They both got up to help me, without complaint or hesitation. I really appreciated them not making me feel badly about interrupting their break. Customer service has always been great at this dealership. Also, I was able to use a coupon to bring down the price of my oil change. I alway like a chance to save money. CONS: I wasn't a big fan of the service that was offered to me (75,000 mile)--it didn't seem to include much, the description sounded very repetitive, and it was pricey (over $300). However, once I said "No thanks," I was not pushed or pressured in any way. I appreciated that. More

He was extremely knowledgable about the car's tech features and ensured I didn't leave the dealership without the car until my cell phone was programmed with the bluetooth and our home address was programmed into the navigation system. Paperwork was handled efficiently, and my requests for attention to items requiring cleaning on the car were handled quickly. Overall I feel I got a great car for a fair price. The price I got for my trade was also adequate. A good experience altogether. More
