HJPurnell3, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding Criswell Acura service. One comment you had was our prices on tires. There is very little markup with tires. You may be compairing one tire to another and may not actually be getting the exact tire that Acura provided with your new vehicle. The other was regarding the price of brakes. This has come up once before and I want to share with you one of our customers experience. They went to a non-Acura service facitliy to have their brakes done because the price was 10% cheaper. They returned to Criswell Acura for their next brake job within 15,000 miles because the 10% they saved on price, cost them dearly in the length of time the brakes lasted. They wore out 60% faster then the Acura brakes they had previously. The net result was they actually got less then what they paid for at a non-Acura dealer. Criswell Acura reviews our service prices regularly because we strive to offer the highest quality parts and services at competitive prices.
