Hi Tracy, Thank you for your review and feedback. We have tried numerous times to communicate with you, both emails and voice mails regarding your response and we have been unsuccessful. Given this happened around the holidays, we gave it more time and still no response from you. I understand that your daughter did bring in the vehicle for work to be performed. With the vehicle being 6 years old and approximately 117,000 miles, there is significant work that needs to be performed on your MDX. As the bill got a little higher, we wanted to make sure approval was obtained from a parent first (your the owner of the car) before significant work began. We were never able to communicate with you, similar to what is going on now. Without your approval, we will not proceed with the work needed. Your daughter picked up the vehicle. The last response was your negative rating. We value your business over the years and please communicate with us regarding any questions you may have. I think clear communication will solve any questions that you may have and we always strive to work everything out in a positive way. Thank you.
