I took my Chrysler 300C to Criswell Woodstock, VA for the first time for an overheating issue. Amber in the service was great to work with. She was honest and upfront with options for my repair. The technician Robert that repaired my car greeted me and explained the repair and talked about it with enthusiasm. I will be returning to Criswell in future for any repairs I will need. More

Already used the dealership for service on Desiree’s Rubicon and we always satisfied with them. I initially drove through the dealership lot with my wife a month go after a lowes trip. We checked out in Rubicon and we always satisfied with them. I initially drove through the dealership lot with my wife a month go after a lowes trip. We checked out inventory from our Jeep. As it was chilly. We met Andrew and he was very friendly and offered to help. We communicated with Andrew for a couple of weeks as he looked throughout the region for what I sought, and I worked through an illness. He found the vehicle in another state and invited us to bring our trade in. We took our truck there and Christopher and Richard helped us select a vehicle from the lot that suited our needs. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was friendly, efficient, and happy to be of service. I ran full service restaurants as a career for decades and never tired of being of service to my guests. I got that same feel from your team in Woodstock. Thank you. More
