Top notch, straight shooter: in&out, problems fixed! Took the car in to fix Sat antenna problems and a couple of other minor things. Scott knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I really like Scott's demeanor, attitude, and customer service. Also very much appreciate a straight talk and none of the "hmmm ... let me see ... not sure if we can do that ... it's normal ... " Car was ready as promised but I got stuck in traffic on the way to Criswell so I asked if I could return the loaner car the next day. We exchanged emails while I was in traffic and he was very quick. "No worries ... come tomorrow" was the answer and nothing like what other dealers do when they give you a cheap loaner car! Bottom line: First time working with Scott and the experience was A+++. Thank you! More
