To start the lady was rude and acted like she did not wanted to help. Nice to everyone else, Then act nice when time to pay. 🙄 The previous time of service I was not told I will need tires next time or wanted to help. I was told my tires were green all good, my recent visit I NEED TIRES. I wasn’t prepared for service add ons I asked how much to try to prepare my self and was more than was told even with coupons. Also my other car I was told car key batteries last more than a year, my battery has died 3 TIMES AND now on the 4th time this year same location. I don't know what’s going on but I should not have to pay for another battery co. Needs to do something. More

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my wait was almost two hours for a "Express" oil change and tire rotation. If I had known in advance, that my wait wait was going to be that long, I would h was almost two hours for a "Express" oil change and tire rotation. If I had known in advance, that my wait wait was going to be that long, I would have gone home and come another day. Instead, I was told after I had already waited an hour that it would be another 30-25 minutes and it was indeed that. Also, would they PLEASE learn to put the caps back on the tires after rotation. I like the way it looks with the caps on and I want them put back as they found my vehicle. Also, in the future, please take your paper mats and your plastic out of my car. That's just extra trash for me and I seem to think I pay a fee to have you discard my oil, might as well take the trash/recycle too. Thank you. More
