Absolutely the worst experience ever. I came in for an appointment to replace a deflated tire and waited for 3.5 hrs. I've had tires replaced before, and on average it takes 30-45 mins. Not to mention that they can't even keep track of their inventory, as the tire I was originally supposed to get was not found, causing me to opt out for a different one. I bought my car here so I can say they are more great on that front, however their service department is utterly useless. I wish I could give less that 1 star. More

TWO incorrect diagnoses...refused to refund me. These service people are either very poorly trained and incompetent, or are deliberately misdiagnosing problems so that they can bill clients more. First the tensioner pulley was allegedly the problem. Replacing that did NOT fix the noise. Then they said it was the crankshaft pulley. They tried to suggest that it was the transmission, and claimed that they had to replace the crankshaft pulley to "hear" the transmission to determine if it was flawed. Replacing the crankshaft pulley did NOT fix the noise either. They finally diagnosed the alternator as the ACTUAL problem. When I requested a refund of the costs for the two incorrect diagnoses, they refused to reimburse me. Diagnosing car issues by throwing everything up against the wall to see what sticks is NOT a professional way to conduct a car repair business. Needless to say, I have since found another repair service. Additionally, I am in the market for TWO new cars...one for me and one for my son. I will NOT be buying them from CRISWELL. More

Excellent customer service I am writing because in April 2019,I wrote a review for a sales employee that I had a problem with and gave him and the sales department a very low ra I am writing because in April 2019,I wrote a review for a sales employee that I had a problem with and gave him and the sales department a very low rating on all services. Unfortunately, since my car was in the service department the ratings went to Ericka. Ericka is very personable, cheerful, willing individual who is always ready to help her customers. Ericka has been able to answer all my questions every time i have brought my Murano into the shop. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the ratings that went against her in April. I feel awful. Ericka you are a very special woman with a great personality. More
