I.e., Kyle and all the other employees were very friendly. …The (male) employee handling the loaner car was very indifferent (which is considered neither "polite" nor "rude"). That said he was not "friendly" nor did he appear pleased to have my business. He made no eye contact, appeared bothered, and did not say "thank you" at any point during the transaction. This dealership appears to understand the virtual monopoly Lexus has on incomparable customer service, and how all luxury dealerships need to raise the bar of their customer service, in recognition of the fact that customers are not just buying a car.
