I have shopped with Critz before and ended up buying somewhere else due to Critz not having what I was looking for. I was sorely disappointed in the experience and product from the other dealer. When I went back to Critz we were shown hospitality and dedication to find what we were looking for. Most dealers waste your time trying to sell you things you dont want and try to slip in extra cash for them on the deal without you noticing. Kyle was my first contact with the service department and he went out of his way to help me on Saturday, 3 Jan "after he was off work" (my car had broken down and I was stranded for the weekend in Savannah while heading to DC). He made sure I had a ride to a hotel, had all the contact data of the team to call on Monday and even gave me a history lesson as he drove me to my hotel...yes, he drove me there himself. I knew I was in good hands at that point. This leads to my next encounter with the service provider that would handle my repair, Tiffany. Never before have I felt as if I knew exactly what was happening, why it was happening, and, more importantly, what my options were at the time. Just awesome...and I'm a very hard person to please. I'd recommend your dealership without hesitation. More
