Also same employee (not listed as a mechanic working on my car) is under the hood saying it's our fault the car broke after they replaced engine, when in fact the dealer didnt even know the car was back there due to leaving my wife stranded 6 hours after we got car back. I was in dealer ship that next morning to get car towed and at end of day they said it would be the final day a tow truck could pick it up. After promising me it would be there that day. Than service manager wont take responsibility for the huge triangle scratch on rear passenger door. Only response is a lot of cars get scratched there and it was probably the tow truck driver. I guess it goes back to what service manager said "I know we have bad customer service". This is ridiculous and most unprofessional business I've ever seen. More
