Truck isn't fixed. Stole my new battery. Never Again! They think their customers have no knowledge of cars It took me over 4 months to finally get my car looked out. I have transmission problems. ( hard shifting, not changing gears etc.) It was bad really b It took me over 4 months to finally get my car looked out. I have transmission problems. ( hard shifting, not changing gears etc.) It was bad really bad to the point it was not safe. With that said I have insurance with a $50 deductible. Long story short all they did was a recall wich they called an update and charged me my deductable plus $95 for what THEY called a computer update!!! Long story short Jeep headquarters is refunding me my money. Am not an idiot!!! The best part is my transmission is still messed up and they said they are charging me for deductable again. URGH Just a bunch of crap. There is a lot more but I don't want to write a book. More
