They are #1!! I've been looking for a new vehicle for about a month now. I didn't really know what I wanted. So I visit MANY different dealerships, some good, some bad. Some I literally just walked out of after the handshake. Went for many test drives. My husband has always used Cronic service for his Jeep. They are awesome also! So Saturday I decided to come in a look around. So glad I did. We was greeted by Walter (my husbands name is Walter) and an instant bond was formed. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for! He was pushy or overbearing! So glad I stopped in! Love my new Renegade! The service manager then told us they would not work on it and we needed to take the vehicle back to the dealership where we bought it! It’s under warranty but they refused to honor it. The Jeep was purchased new, at a dealership out of town. The customer service at Cronic is disappointing. More
