Having dealt with other dealers in the past where I never felt like I got a good deal, I'm usually nervous just walking into a dealership, like I'm about to be mugged. I've never had that feeling with Cronic. I've always felt comfortable working with them and when the deal is done, I always feel like I got a great deal, not just a "fair deal". Even if I did leave feeling like I got a fair deal, it would still be far superior to the other dealerships I've worked with in the past and it would still be worthy of five stars. More
