Kim in the service department Kim is by far the rudest Golden Girl that I ever met. She never greeted me, never smiled and talked to me while she played on the computer. Recalls at Kim is by far the rudest Golden Girl that I ever met. She never greeted me, never smiled and talked to me while she played on the computer. Recalls at the Service Center, mean nothing! You have to pay up front and Kim claims, Chrysler will reimburse you. No loaner car was offered (so if this is your only means of transportation, your screwed) and no time frame of how long they will keep your vehicle. She raised her voice at me when I pushed for some answers. Her view from the computer screen finally lifted towards me to only yell, "Did you even make a appointment?" . Seeing that my issue occurred on a Sunday afternoon and the service center is NOT OPEN, I thought by showing up on a Monday morning, I could go ahead and handle that because they don't answer the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else, the other Golden Girl (Lorna) sitting to the right had really nothing to say. She too was staring at her computer screen. Not sure what these ladies do all day but I guarantee Customer Service is not part of their job. After my boyfriend heard of the way I was treated, he picked me up to resolve the issue and see if we could make a temporary fix. When we asked for the keys, she stated they were still in the car. It was still ON and DRAINING my battery for over a hour. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER deal with this Service center again. Be Warned ....they do NOT care!! However, BRAD in Maintenance is one of a kind and deserves a raise. He stopped to check on us and explain why there was a recall on the Dodge Dart. He was the only person at the Service department that showed compassion and understanding over a stressful, unexpected situation. He should be the one greeting customers in the air condition while the miserable Golden Girls up front, work on the vehicles in the background!! More
